This project is a review of the introduction of computers to humanities studies with a particular application for the University of Venice. Research was conducted in international computer usage in areas of archaeology, history, music, and language. Practical application was accomplished through organizing the facilities of the humanities lab at the University. This project resulted in computer applications for the lab and recommendations for an exchange project.
Venice International is a center for higher education founded in 1995. It is located on the island of San Servolo in Venice,
Italy. The undergraduate focus is on Humanities and Social Science and there is also graduate work and research conducted
in these areas of study.
